Federalism and the Environment

Join us for a fireside chat with Justice Grant Huscroft of the Court of Appeal for Ontario and Justice Kevin Feehan of the Court of Appeal for Alberta. This conversation will be moderated by Professor Malcolm Lavoie (U of A Faculty of Law) and will focus on the federal government's powers to regulate the environment in Canada, especially in light of high profile Supreme Court judgments on the extent of federal jurisdiction over carbon pricing and environmental impact assessments.

The event will be held in the David Percy Student Lounge, on the first floor of the U of A Law Centre building.
