Research Affiliates

Colton is an Assistant Professor at Thomson Rivers University. He researches and teaches in the areas of substantive criminal law theory, criminal procedure, evidence, and constitutional law. He is the author of over two dozen law review articles and a book entitled Constitutionalizing Criminal Law (UBC Press, 2022).
